(Ambridge, PA) The malfunction affecting the Splash Pad at Iorfido Memorial Park in Ambridge has been traced to a broken control switch board, according to borough officials.

Officials said a replacement part has been ordered and is expected to arrive Thursday.

If the repair process proceeds as planned, the Borough of Ambridge expects the splash pad to reopen by the weekend.
