(Aliquippa, PA) Firefighters responded to a structure fire in Aliquippa shortly after 8 p.m. on Friday. 

According to fire officials, multiple callers reported a fire in a building located in an alley between Washington Street and Adam Street. Firefighters arrived within four minutes and found heavy fire throughout the structure. 

Crews deployed multiple hose lines and fought the fire defensively because of an interior collapse. Despite the challenging conditions, firefighters brought the blaze under control within 20 minutes of being dispatched.
