(Beaver County, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that slide remediation work on Harmony Road (Route 1016) in Daughtery Township will begin today, weather permitting. Slide remediation work will begin at 7 a.m. and it will require an around-the-clock closure of a portion of Harmony Road between Blockhouse Run Road and Goehring Road through late June. Traffic will be detoured and the detour route can be found below:
Posted Detours
West of the Closure
- From Harmony Road, turn left onto Blockhouse Run Road
- Turn right onto Allegheny Street
- Turn left onto 9th Street
- Turn left onto Route 18
- Turn left onto 13th Street
- 13th Street becomes Sunflower Road
- Sunflower Road becomes Marion Hill Road
- Turn left onto Route 68 (Sunflower Road)
- Turn left onto Tulip Drive
- Follow Tulip Drive back to Harmony Road
- End detour
East of the Closure
- Same detour in the opposite direction
