(Raccoon Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that forty-year-old William Enders III of Aliquippa was not charged after a two-vehicle crash occurred in Raccoon Township on Saturday. Enders was traveling east on Green Garden Road near the intersection of Wilson Lane at 4:26 p.m. and he lost control of his vehicle after trying to negotiate an uphill left curve. The surfaces of the road were extremely slippery due to rainfall and Enders hit the vehicle of thirty-one-year-old Aaron Chandler of Lisbon, Ohio. There were no reported injuries and both drivers and their passengers were all wearing their seatbelts when the crash occurred.
