(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release today that twenty-two-year-old Lester Flores Gutierrez of Aliquippa was apprehended on Saturday after escaping police in his vehicle following a traffic stop in Aliquippa. The traffic stop was conducted by police on Brodhead Road and Mill Street at 1:11 a.m. Gutierrez escaped from the scene and he ultimately became disabled on mile marker 50 of I-376. He was taken to the Beaver County Jail without incident and his court hearing is pending.
