(Potter Township, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that steel erection on the Route 18 Frankfort Road Bridge replacement project in Potter Township will begin today, weather permitting. Short-term traffic stoppages of 15 minutes or less for steel girder placement will occur as needed from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. today, this Wednesday and next Monday.
