(Monaca, PA) Monaca Fire was dispatched just after 10 a.m. yesterday morning to a home on Hill Road for a structure fire. While responding apparatus were enroute, Law Enforcement arrived with smoke that was showing and they reported a victim with smoke inhalation. The fire was found to be out upon arrival and the incident was held to the units on scene. Firefighters left and EMS treated the victim.
