(Beaver County, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that lane restrictions on Route 68 (Adams Street, Virginia Avenue) in Rochester Borough and Rochester Township, will occur today, weather permitting. From 9 A.M. to 3 P.M., single-lane restrictions will occur on Route 68 between the Virginia Avenue and Jefferson Street intersection and Adams Street and New York Avenue intersection to allow crews to inspect gas main depths there. Flaggers will also help with traffic control and Lindy Paving, Inc. is the prime contractor on this project, which is worth $5.49 million.
