(McGuffey, PA) State Representative Josh Kail recently presented Benjamin Michael Piatt of Troop 1103 with an official House citation in Pennsylvania to commemorate his dedication, hard work and leadership. Piatt earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and his Eagle Scout project consisted of restoring the McGuffey Park Flag Area. This project will assist his community by enhancing that patriotic and meaningful space for the residents to enjoy. Kail also thanked Piatt for making a difference in a post on Facebook today.
