(Chippewa Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that twenty-seven-year-old Kyle Stanley of New Castle was charged after a single-vehicle crash in Chippewa Township on the morning of February 7th, 2026. At 7:40 a.m., Stanley was driving on I-376 West and tried to change lanes as he saw a vehicle that was moving slower. Stanley lost control of his vehicle while he was changing lanes and then hit a guide rail on the road. There were no injuries.
