(Eastvale Borough, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that they are investigating an incident in which a dog of a person who was arrested attacked a cat in Eastvale Borough. This occurred on the afternoon of January 26th, 2026 at 12:40 p.m. along the 300 block of 4th Avenue East.
