(Beaver County, PA) A horse was rescued after officials said it had fallen into barbed wire and became stuck in it for hours in Beaver County early yesterday morning. According to The City of Beaver Falls Fire Department, just before 10 a.m., they responded to an emergency call involving a Clydesdale horse named Shamrock. The horse fell into some barbed wire and was stuck for roughly five hours and became hypothermic during that time. Multiple responders and Rehab services were requested before crews used a skid steer from Sullis Towing to get Shamrock up on his feet. Shamrock was able to eat and walk around on his own after he was evaluated.
