(East Palestine, OH) On the three-year anniversary of the 2023 East Palestine train derailment last Tuesday, a permanent physical office opened where residents from East Palestine and Beaver County areas can now go for health information and monitoring by a group of researchers from the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Kentucky and Yale University.
