(Harrisburg, PA) PennDOT announced today that all of its driver license and photo centers, including its full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed from Saturday, February 14th, through Monday, February 16th, in observance of the 2026 Presidents Day holiday. Customers can also go online anytime to PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website by clicking here to obtain a variety of services and driver vehicle products, including all driver training manuals, forms and publications.
