(Pittsburgh, PA) A driver died after a wrong-way crash on the Parkway West early yesterday morning. The crash was reported on I-376 near Campbell Run Road (Exit 62) just before 4 a.m. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a Toyota Prius was traveling east in the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a gray Mercedes SUV. PSP confirms that the driver of the Prius died on scene. He was identified as 45-year-old Serghei Ganaciuc of Pittsburgh. The driver of the Mercedes was taken to an area hospital for treatment of their unspecified injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
