(Chippewa Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that sixty-six-year-old Robert Coates of Pittsburgh was charged for tailgating after a crash in Chippewa Township yesterday morning. At 8:31 a.m., Coates was traveling on the I-376 East on ramp just south of Constitution Boulevard towards Pittsburgh and he did not notice that thirty-one-year-old Morgan Swoger of Beaver Falls was stopped to yield for oncoming traffic that was merging onto the interstate from northbound Route 51.
