(Allegheny County, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported via release yesterday that thirty-six-year-old Francisco Coelho de Silva of Cranberry was one of two drivers charged after a three-vehicle crash occurred in Allegheny County on the morning of December 2nd, 2025. At 6:51 a.m., Coelho de Silva and two other drivers were driving on I-79 North in Glenfield Borough, and he lost control on the icy and snow-covered road before hitting the vehicle of twenty-eight-year-old Brianna Clark of Oakdale. Sixty-year-old James Curran IV of Imperial hit the vehicle of Coelho de Silva. There were no injuries as a result of this crash and Curran IV was also charged after the crash occurred. Coelho de Silva was also cited for committing multiple vehicle code violations in relation to the crash and he was not a licensed driver.
