(Pittsburgh, PA) The Pittsburgh Mills Macy’s location confirmed to KDKA-TV on Friday morning that its location will be closing permanently, even though a closing date for that store has not been announced yet. 14 locations will close as a part of Macy’s “Bold New Chapter” strategy, which Macy’s announced in February of 2024. Macy’s is said to be helping employees that are affected by the closures through transfer opportunities and severance where it is applicable.
