(Harrisburg, PA) PennDOT recently announced that all its driver license and photo centers, including its full-service center in Harrisburg, will be closed on Thursday, December 25th, 2025, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Customers can still go online at PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website by clicking here to obtain a variety of driver and vehicle products and services, including all forms, publications, and driver training manuals.
