(Moon Township, PA) According to a release from the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, twenty-five-year-old Anthony Quesen was sentenced to 16-42 years in a penitentiary for the murder of Benjamin Brallier in 2024. On October 21st of that year, Brallier was stabbed on the Montour Trail during a morning run. Brallier was a liquor enforcement officer with the Pennsylvania State Police who was off-duty at the time of the stabbing and later died at a hospital after the incident occurred. Quesen, who uses the name Antonia Kaseim, pleaded guilty but mentally ill on August 25th, 2025 to third-degree murder in connection to the death of Brallier.
