(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that forty-seven-year-old Richard Fisher of McKees Rocks was arrested on the early morning of October 13th, 2025 for driving under the influence of drugs in Aliquippa that morning. Fisher was caught by police on the 1200 block of Constitution Boulevard at 1:21 a.m.
