(Pittsburgh, PA) Oak Street Health has now confirmed it will shut down 16 primary care centers which includes three in western Pennsylvania. According to a statement from that health company, the Homestead, Pittsburgh and Wilkinsburg locations will be closed by the end of February. Caring for older adults on Medicare is a specialty of Oak Street Health.
