(Raccoon Twp., Beaver County Pa.) The Raccoon Township Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a male who they accuse of physically assaulting and seriously injuring an elderly female.
Raccoon Police have issued an arrest warrant for Steven F. Bombiani, a 53-year-old white male who is about 6’0″ with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is known to frequent Aliquippa, PA and is sometimes known to operate a white, older model Ford F-150.
According to a release, Raccoon Township Police responded to an incident on August 21st. They were summoned by a neighbor who heard the victim yelling for help. Bombiani is alleged to have stolen $119 from the victim. When confronted, Bombiani allegedly pushed and punched the victim, who fell to the ground and was not able to get back up. The victim is still undergoing medical procedures for injuries she sustained during this assault.
