(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in New Castle report that fifty-one-year-old Jeffrey Bowers of Coraopolis was arrested for driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs in Aliquippa on August 15th, 2025. Police found Bowers in his vehicle on the 200 block of Franklin Avenue. According to police, Bowers was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of an alcohol and drug combination substance and his charges are pending.
