Shoulder restrictions on various off-ramps along Route 28 in Etna Borough and O’Hara Township in Allegheny County will continue, weather permitting

(Allegheny County, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that occurring today, weather permitting, shoulder restrictions on various off-ramps along Route 28 in Etna Borough and O’Hara Township, Allegheny County will continue. From 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. each weekday through Friday, August 22nd, the Northbound Route 28 off-ramp to Etna (Exit 4) and the Northbound Route 28 off-ramp to Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall (Exit 6) will have shoulder restrictions. This will allow conduit and sign installation work to be conducted by crews. As crews move work locations, schedule updates will be provided throughout the project.
