(Allegheny County, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that today, weather permitting, waterline relocation work on Steuben Street (Route 60) in Crafton Borough of Allegheny County will begin. On weekdays from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. as needed through late December, single-lane alternating traffic controlled by flaggers will occur on Steuben Street at the intersection with West Crafton Avenue. Wilson Excavating will conduct this work and crews from Wilson Excavating, which is Pennsylvania American Water’s contractor will start working overnights before finishing work of restoration during the hours of daylight.
