(Delaware County, PA) Pennsylvania State Representative Lisa Borowski recently had legislation introduced to ban sneaky tactics of subscription enrollment. Borowski wants to prohibit the practice known as negative options. She believes that opting into a service instead of opting out will save Pennsylvanians millions of dollars every year. This legislation has already passed the House of Representatives in the state of Pennsylvania and is now going to the Pennsylvania Senate.
