(Beaver Falls, Pa) A fatal crash took place Sunday afternoon in Beaver Falls near the interestion of 7th Avenue and 11th Street.

Numerous departments were still active on the scene as of 8pm.

We have received word that at least 2 individuals did not survive the accident, and at least 2 others were injured.

Beaver County Radio was told that one person died on scene and the other at the hospital.

Witnesses say a pickup truck rear ended a stopped car at a pedestrian crosswalk and a pedestrian was struck.

We have no further details on the conditions of those involved.
