Center Township supervisors approve zoning change as well as both approve and hand out payments in a recent public hearing

(Center Township, PA) The Center Township supervisors held a public hearing Monday night and approved a zoning change. The change was from C-2 Commercial to C-4 Mixed use and was requested by Charles Betters, who will be building eighty-eight townhouses across from the AHN Cancer Center on Wagner Road. The supervisors also approved a final payment of $20,614 to Preferred Plumbing and Heating Solutions. The final payment for the project for paving was paid in the amount of $475,338.54 to Youngblood Paving for the municipal building. The Paving of the Center Grange sidewalk walking trail had a partial payment of $15,577.30, which was also paid to Wright Asphalt and Concrete, LLC. The next meeting for the Center Township supervisors is on Monday, July 21st, 2025 at 7 p.m.
