(Baden, PA) Baden Academy Charter School will host a free creative art festival part of Arts at the Academy with the theme of “Art through the Looking Glass” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 3rd. There will be activities with interactive art and art exhibits from some students that go to Baden Academy Charter School. The band Harmony Hot Haus, which excels in folk-fusion, will perform along with some of the students. Artisans and vendors that are local will also be at the event. STEAM challenges will alos be offered along with a lesson for all ages in step dance. A balloon artist and caricaturist will also be present at the event, while a Spanish story time will be provided for guests. Pittsburgh Cultural Trust artists will also have a mini-workshop series. Shuttle service from the Walmart in Baden will also be free during the event in the parking lot.
