(Beaver County, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that beginning Tuesday April 22nd weather permitting, a lane restriction will occur on southbound Route 65 on Ohio River Boulevard in Freedom Borough. From 3 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, a single-lane-restriction will take place between the East-Rochester-Monaca bridge and River Road. Track maintenance work will be performed by crews from Norfolk Southern.
