(Baden, Pa.) One of the mainstays of ice cream in Beaver County will not be opening this spring. The owners of Punk’s Ice Cream posted on their Facebook Page on Tuesday Evening that “sadly as of now they will not be opening.  They are still trying to process the loss of their mother and the woman who was the backbone of Punk’s.
