(Brighton Twp., Beaver County, Pa.) CJ2K Premier League officials announced Monday evening that they are teaming up with the Cleveland Cavs Youth Sports for the 2025 outdoor basketball season.

The 2025 Summer League will be the sixth season for the CJ2K Premier League. The games start early in the summer and take place at the courts at Brady’s Run Park.

The past five seasons have showcased the stars of boys and girls high school basketball in the Pittsburgh Area. New Brighton native Executive Director and Co-founder, Joe Kirschner (AKA Mr. Silver) along with Co-founder, Scott Alaksin, and Assistant Director and Social Media Senior Manager Taylor Kirschner held a conference call on Monday with Scott MacDonald, Senior Director of the Cleveland Cavs Youth Sports Partnerships to confirm the new partnership.

MacDonald said via release “We love the energy they bring. They are well organized, established, and have the most unique uniforms and gameplay we’ve seen around and we are excited to be a part of it”. He went on to say that “We love how they inspire the youth through the game of basketball on an outdoor venue.”

Registration for this year’s league opens on February 1, 2025.  The  Fee to play is $240 but there is a discount of  $40 for early registration before February 29, 2025. The last day to register is April 8, 2025. You can register to play by going to playyon.com/cj2kleague. The draft will be held on April 14, 2025 at the Rolling Acres Timber house. Media day will be May 19, 2025 at TJ Court at Collier Park and opening day is scheduled for Memorial Day from the concrete jungle at Brady’s Run Park. June 29, 2025 is All-Star Saturday and the best of 3 CJ2K World Championship is scheduled for June 30 through July the 7th.  The remainder of the schedule will be announced.
