The Best of Beaver County with Jim Roddey was all about Education

(Beaver Falls,Pa.) The Best of Beaver County is easy to discover; it’s right on your radio!  Tune in every Thursday from 11 to 11:30 A.M.  for “The Best of Beaver County”, an innovative radio program on WBVP and WMBA presented by St. Barnabas. The show is hosted by Jim Roddey and is dedicated to shining light on the great things going on right here in local neighborhoods, and the people that are making it happen.  Find out what all the buzz is about by joining “The Best Of Beaver County”.  Jim’s guests this week were Nicole Darroch the STEM/STEAM teacher in the Ambridge School District and Carrie Rowe, Superintendent of the Beaver area School District.

In the First segment Roddey discussed the with Darroch about her early life, family and her career. Darroch is going to be honored in 2020 as a teacher of the year award.

In the second segment Roddey discussed with Rowe about her early life and what brought her to our area and specifically the Beaver School District. She talked about the growth of the district under her power and how excited she is to have St. Barnabas be a part of the district and looks forward to their support.
