Local music artist Stephen Rubinosky joined Scott Tady , Entertainment Editor for the Beaver County Times and Frank Sparks on a special edition of Notes On Local Entertainment brought to you by Wooley Bully’s on  Thursday February 8, 2018. Stephen told Scott and Frank about how he became involved in music and what his musical influence is when he writes his music.
