A new series continued on Teleforum with Frank Sparks about the candidates for the 2018 General Election on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m..

Frank’s guest was Darcelle Slappy a Green Party Candidate who is running for Pa. State Representative in the 10th District. Frank asked Darcelle about her candidacy, family life, what made her enter the race at such a late stage, and  what she planned to do if elected to the state house.
