Ann Colella-Murray, Education Training Coordinator at the Beaver County Women’s Center was a guest of Frank Sparks on Teleforum at 10 AM. Ann will be discussed what the Women’s Center does and the services that they provide. Frank and Ann discussed domestic violence and sexual assault and the staggering problem that seems to be growing more each year. Ann told the listeners that people think of the Women’s Center as just a shelter but they do so much more providing shelter, services, and education about domestic violence and sexual assault. They also talked about the 24 Hour help line that is provided by the Women’s Center by dialing 724-775-0131 that can help if you feel the need. Ann Explained though that if you are or feel that you’re  in danger  you need to dial 911  .

Ann said that April is Sexual Assault month and throughout the month they have different things planned and she will be returning on April 10, 2018 to let us know.
