In loving memory of Thomas Earl Cookson, 74, of Beaver Falls, who sadly passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Heritage Valley Beaver.

He was born July 31, 1949, in Rochester, son of the late Earl and Doris (Hindman) Cookson.  He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Marine Corp.  He worked as a mechanic and also at the former Mayer China in Beaver Falls in the maintenance department.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He was a hard worker and loving man who everyone loved.

He left behind his loving wife, Brenda McGaffic, daughter, Jamey (Michael) Nye, their children, Hunter, Tristan and Ethan Nye, daughter, Christy Kooser (Alfredo Casteloo), their children, Evelyn, Elsie, Enrique and Emillio Casteloo, daughter, Janet Romano, her son, Justin Romano, mother-in-law, Lillian Corbin, he was a great-grandpap to Alice and Violet, he also had 3 brothers-in-law and their families, and numerous nieces and nephews.

All services are private.

Private inurnment will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Tom’s name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Rd, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
