Sally A. Friday, 82, of Wampum, passed away on December 24th, 2025, in Wexford. She was born in New Brighton on December 20th, 1943, a daughter of the late Lawrence Douds and Sara E. Hall. Sally was a woman whose life was centered on love, care, and creativity. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Ann Seamans, her brother, Lawrence Douds and her two sisters, Mary K. Miller and Dorothy Kuhl. She is survived by her husband of many years, Jim Friday, her sons, Joe (Tammy) Rhodes and Howard Rhodes, her grandchildren: Cody Rhodes, Alexys Rhodes, Dylan Seamans and Sarah Seamans; as well as her great-grandchildren, Breanna Cook, Katie Cook, Hannah Cook, Griffin Rhodes and Bella Seamans and her nephew, Andy Baumgardner. She deeply loved her family and found her greatest joy in caring for them, always putting their needs before her own. Sally had a special talent for crafts and crocheting, creating handmade pieces that reflected who she was. She will be remembered for her nurturing spirit, her creativity, and the quiet strength she gave so freely to her family. In accordance with the family’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, Inc., 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton.
