Lois Ann Venn (Douds), 83, formerly of Rochester passed away on Feb. 23, 2024, after an extended illness. Born on January 19, 1941, she was the daughter of the late William Douds and Anna Kunder (Webber). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years John F. Venn Sr. and brothers Donnie, Bill, Bob and Earl (Douds).

She is survived by five children, John (Carolyn) Venn, Carol (Bernie) Welsh, Aaron (Linda) Venn, Mimi (Mark) Rusnak and Mary (Dave) Bertko, sister Denise Houser, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, brothers, nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law. One of her sisters-in-law, Joan, would go to lunch with her every Tuesday.

Friends will be received Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. in J & J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Ave, New Brighton with additional viewing on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
