Kurt J. Verrico, 65, of Rochester, passed away at his home on April 4th, 2024. Born on February 28th, 1959 in Rochester, Kurt was the son of the late Donald J. and Marilyn J. Barr Verrico, who preceded him in death. Kurt is survived by one daughter, Cami N. Stockman and her fiancé Robert Emes of North Sewickley Township, one son and daughter-in-law, Brandon D. Verrico and his wife Tara, of Patterson Township, five grandchildren, Ariana, Emma, Matthias, Olivia, and Benji, former wife Diane L. (Verrico) Edmunds, of Beaver, one brother and sister-in-law, Brian D. “Kim” and Gayle Verrico, of Rochester, one sister and brother-in-law, Dawn Marie and Jimbo Moser, Cresent Township and their son, Noah, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his K-9 companion, Stella. He was a retired distribution manager for the Beaver County Times and owner of the KAKARE LAWN SERVICE BUSINESS, Rochester. Kurt was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and attended the Life Family Church of New Brighton. He graduated from Rochester High School in 1977 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University. Kurt was an avid golfer and also a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Penguins.
Kurt’s wish was to be cremated, however, friends will be invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service on April 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Life Family Church of New Brighton.
