Dr. Milo Mark Ujevich, 67, of Hopewell, passed away surrounded by loved ones on December 3rd, 2025, after complications from a hard-fought battle with Type 1 Diabetes.
He was born on September 13th, 1958, the son of the late Milo and Nadine Ujevich. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Renee (Ceccarelli) Ujevich, five children and their spouses: Mark (Chelsey), Matt (Breanna), Carly (Kris), Michael (Maddie), and Casey (Brendon); as well as six grandchildren: Milo, Brendon, Chase, Brooke, Sophie, and Kai. He is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Tom Bellhy, along with many nieces and nephews.
Dr. Milo grew up in Center Township and remained deeply connected to his roots throughout his life. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Pittsburgh, his medical degree from George Washington University, and completed his residency at Mercy Hospital. He had a focus on emergency room medicine and radiology, he dedicated his career to serving patients in hospitals throughout the Pittsburgh area and helped countless patients through his decades of service.
While most will remember Dr. Milo for his dedication to medicine, his family will remember him for his endless devotion to providing them with a life filled with love and unforgettable memories.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th from 5-8 p.m. at the Anthony Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home Inc, 2026 McMinn Street, Aliquippa, who was in charge of his arrangements. A private service will be held and entombment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 2186 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa.
