Donald Gregory “Duke” Drabick, 69, of Beaver Falls, passed away on July 9, 2024, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
He was born on March 12, 1955, in Sharon, the son of the late John J. and Laura August Drabick.
Duke led a life filled with diverse interests and passions. An avid chef, he found great joy in cooking for his loved ones. His enthusiasm for sports, particularly football and baseball, shone as he cheered on his favorite teams, the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. Duke’s evenings were often spent relaxing to the tunes of country music.
Family was the most important part of Duke’s life. He especially enjoyed spending time catching up with his siblings and grandchildren who were his pride and joy.
Surviving are his children, BeckyJo “Pumpkin” Kadilak, Matthew J. (Michelle Reed) Drabick, and Keith A. (Nicole) Drabick; four siblings, Dorothy (Ron) Miller, of Michigan, Joseph (Karen) Drabick, of New Jersey, John Drabick and his deceased wife Sandra, of Hermitage, and Denise Isabella (Ray) Drabick; eight grandchildren, Michael (Courtney) Drabick, Loren Drabick, Jennifer Drabick, Bethany Kadilak, John Drabick, Owen Drabick, Kaylee Drabick, and George Kadilak; three great-grandchildren, ex-wife, Nancy M. Drabick; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends will be received Sunday, July 14th from 3 PM until the time of service at 5 PM at HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, 3801 4th Avenue, Beaver Falls.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Duke’s name to the funeral home to help defer funeral expenses.
