Cline J. Mitchell, 81, of New Brighton, passed away on March 25th, 2026. He was born in Aliquippa on April 17th, 1944, the son of the late Cline J. and Sarah (Meridith) Mitchell, Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Wilhelmina Mitchell of New Brighton. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, Inc., 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton.
