Charles Allison, 76, of Hamilton, Ohio and formerly of Beaver Falls, passed away on March 31, 2024.
Chuck was a son of the late Naomi Jean Allison-Elsbury (2023) and William (Bill) Allison (1960). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Frank Elsbury, who was a loving grandfather and great-grandfather to Chuck’s children and grandchildren and a brother-in-law, Terry Pettner. He will be sadly missed by his two sons: Chuck (Nicole) Allison of West Chester, Ohio and Christopher (Angela) Allison of Fairfield Township, Ohio; seven grandchildren: Taylor (David), Joel, Morgan, Darci, Casey, Aidan, and Chase Allison; two great grandsons: Louis and Clyde; a brother: Ron (Denise) Allison of Enon Valley, and a sister: Tonya Pettner of North Sewickley Township. He was born on October 21,1947 in Beaver Falls, where he lived until the early 1970’s when he moved to Ohio to work for Mobil. Chuck worked up until 2012 when he retired from AK Steel.
He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather. His greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren – attending their sporting/school events and watching them grow up.
A visitation will be held Thursday, April 4th from 12 Noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Concord Church, A Global Methodist Congregation, 285 Concord Church Road, Beaver Falls, 15010. His burial will be in Concord Church Cemetery.
