(Pittsburgh, PA) Acting U.S. Attorney Troy Revetti announced Wednesday that after facing a charge of illegal re-entry of a removed alien, a woman from Columbia was indicted. On November 27th, 2024, thirty-seven-year-old Heyder Molina Prieto was arrested after related filed charges from both the Monroeville and Upper St. Clair police departments. Prieto was found in the country illegally near or on June 20, 2020 and March 4, 2022. Revetti confirmed that a $250,000 fine, two years in jail maximum or both could be given to Prieto provided by the law.
