(New Brighton, PA).  The biggest costume party in Beaver County took place as a street procession on Third Avenue in New Brighton on Wednesday Night for the town’s annual Halloween Parade.  Bands, floats, classic cars, characters of all types and a live broadcast from Beaver County Radio  kept the capacity crowd entertained throughout the  evening. The Beaver County Radio Prize Van made an appearance with Ed Hermick driving it in the parade.  Frank Sparks and Gary Miller anchored the on site coverage on WBVP and WMBA.
