The Beaver County Commissioners have named Julie Richards chief clerk. By law, the county is required to have a chief clerk and the recently fired Joe Weidner included that role in his duties as chief of staff. Richards is Commissioner Tonhy Amadio’s secretary and she will receive a three thousand dollar pay hike for assuming additional duties.
