Hopewell Twp. Based PGT Trucking INC. Appoints Beaver County Man as Executive Lead

(Hopewell Twp., Beaver County, Pa.) PGT Trucking that is based in Hopewell Twp., Beaver County announced that Beaver County resident Laurence Cox, has been promoted  to a new   executive position of VP  of Sustainability  Leading  PGT’s decarbonization efforts, effective immediately according to a press release that was sent out on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

As part of the firm’s focus on progressive  transportation and fleet evolution, they are embracing change, leveraging technology and stretching their capabilities to continuously improve the  service they  provide to their customers. Cox will help lead these projects and ensure  a responsible use of resources  throughout the company.

Cox is a native of Beaver County , has an engineering degree from PSU, , and an MBA  from the University of Chicago. He spent over 2 decades  serving  the steel industry in various roles at National Steel, moving to Pittsburgh Logistics in 2004.  In 2010, Larry joined PGT as Process Improvement Manager.
