State Supreme Court Justice Michael Eakin is facing judicial misconduct charges linked to a state email scandal. A judicial conduct board yesterday filed a complaint with a judicial court after Attorney General Kathleen Kane submitted a stash of Eakin’s private emails to ethics agencies.
